Maintenance of wife of C. J. Facchi
As stated in previous Paper, C. J. Facchi left his wife unprovided for at St. Louis.
Stating that Messrs Ack & Co, on behalf of Mrs Facchi, asked Mr M. Bechett, solicitor for Hong Kong, to inform that Mr Jacchi suited his wife and was not providing for her.
Lavos 26 Aug, reply to Conf 13 April, and on 5.5.20, Karmala wrote for more copy of this in docket for correspondence.
It is difficult to reconcile this with 70944. It is added to dossier that the statement our star lu deserted his wife - Nor is not understood as from information here he appears to have been maintaining his wife during her operation.
